Hi Parents,

 

At this time I have no good news as to when the refunds will be processed by Sports Engine, our merchant service provider.  As I stated earlier we were shut down from processing the refunds ourselves when the pandemic first started.  We are required to submit a list of refunds to Sports Engine and then they will process them.  The list was submitted to Sports Engine on 6/16/20.  As of today I have not received a response as to when the refunds are expected to be completed.  Originally the date was Friday 6/19, then Friday 6/26.  Now I am not certain as to what date to provide you.  I am sorry for the delay, the board is doing everything we can to move the process along but at the moment it is out of our control.
