Thank you very much for your patience during the refund process. Because most leagues use Sports Engine as a website and merchant provider they are unable to financially float the refund process. This means that the refund process is not as simple as me processing a refund. The process as it currently stands is now taking 2-3 weeks.
Read on if you are interested in how Covid-19 has changed the refund process:
Step 1: I submit a spreadsheet of refunds weekly to Sports Engine.
Step 2: Sports Engine invoices Tigard Little League for the funds required.
Step 3:, I transfer the money via EFT to Sports Engine.
Step 4: Once they have the the funds they will then begin manually processing refunds.
I am now being told the last step of the manual refunds could take as long as 5-7 business days.

refund@tigardlittleleague.org. All softball and teeball/coach pitch refunds have been submitted and should be processed and refunded to you by Friday 6/27.
